CONTINUING WORK ON THE BOUGIE/TRUTCH NATURAL GAS DEVELOPMENT PROJECT NEW WELL TO BE DRILLED

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada - January 26, 2006 - Wyn Developments Inc. ("Wyn Developments" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that pursuant to notification by the Operator the c-36-A/94-G-15 'Halfway' development well in the Bougie/Trutch area of North Eastern British Columbia has been drilled, cased and tested. The test results are being kept confidential at this time.

Wyn Developments Inc. has received an Independent Operations Notice and cash call to drill another 'Halfway' development well (A-13-B/94-G). This well is approximately four (4km) kilometers west of the first halfway test well c-36-A/94-G-15 and will be targeting the 'Halfway' zone. The Company will participate for its Working Interest in the A-13-B/94-G well. As of the date of this release, the Company has earned a total of twenty-six (26) square miles from the Slave Point formation to the basement, and twelve (12) square miles (two (2) earning blocks) from the surface to all zones above the Slave Point.

Wyn Developments is pleased with the results and progress to date in the drilling and development of its Bougie/Trutch lands and remains committed to participating in the full development of the Bougie/Trutch project.
