DAVE MCMILLAN

Chairman of the Board

Over 25 years in brokerage and corporate finance, including executive management, Mr. McMillan has been involved in numerous successful mergers, acquisitions, and financings and has experience with capital markets, banking, shareholder’s right and interests, debt leverage, marketing and human resources. He is a former Vice President, Director and Senior Partner of Yorkton Securities Inc., a brokerage firm focused in the resource sector.

CHAD MCMILLAN, B.A. (Cmns)

President & Chief Executive Officer

A Simon Fraser University graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Chad has several years of experience in communications, sales & marketing, management, capital markets, and consulting to the resource exploration industry, having worked with such companies as Yorkton Securities Inc., Pro Line Sports Ltd., and Club Med Inc. He operates a private consulting firm, Animus Ventures Inc. and he is currently Vice President, Corporate Communications for Canada Gold Corp., a Toronto Venture listed mineral processing and gold production company.

MARC TRAN CGA, B.Comm, B.A. (Econ)

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Tran graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and a Bachelor of Arts with a focus on energy and natural resource economics. Past work includes corporate finance and accounting for oil and gas companies including BP Amoco, PricewaterhouseCoopers and ARC Energy Trust. Mr. Tran has also been working as CFO of several Toronto Venture Exchange reporting issuers, and is currently enrolled in the CGA (Certified General Accountants) program.

ROBERT KRAUSE

Director

Mr. Krause has been a Consulting Geologist since 1985 with international exploration experience in North, Central and South America. He has extensive experience in the epithermal, skarn and magmatic massive sulphides. His exploration has taken him from the Brazilian rainforest to the Canadian Arctic.

Oil & Gas Advisor

A petroleum geologist with over 38 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. He has undertaken geological studies throughout Canada, the United States, Australia and France, has run his own O & G company since 1981, and worked as a consultant to numerous oil companies in Canada, with particular emphasis in the northeastern British Columbia gas producing region.

WARREN WOLTMAN, B.Sc Geology

Corporate Advisor

Mr. Warren Woltman, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Illinois and is a private natural resource company investor possessing managerial and analytic experience spanning forty years within the US Intelligence Community and the Aerospace Industry.
